Access & accounts
FSSSOne is invite-only — accounts are created by an administrator, never by signing up. If you need an account, or access to an app that isn't on your launcher, your administrator is the person to ask.

Technical support
For problems with an app itself — something not loading, data not syncing, or an error you can't get past — contact FSSS support.
Support hours
FSSS support is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WAT. Requests outside these hours are handled on a best-effort basis.
