1. Data we process

FSSSOne processes staff account data (name, work email, phone), authentication records, and audit logs of administrative actions across the suite. Each application additionally processes the operational data captured within it.

2. How it is used

Account data is used solely to operate the platform: signing you in, routing you to the applications you have been granted, and keeping an audit trail of administrative activity.

3. Retention & your rights

Account data (your name, work email and phone number) is retained for 24 months after your account is deactivated, then deleted. Authentication and audit records may be kept longer where an application's own record-keeping requirements apply.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data from your profile, or by contacting FSSS support. We respond within 30 days.
